Tenants

At En Vogue Property Management we treat our prospective and current tenants with respect. The rental market in the ACT is very competitive and we recognise the importance of attracting and retaining quality tenants, we do everything within our power to make the process of securing a property as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

Prospective Tenants

We advertise all of our vacant properties on AllHomes.com.au with detailed descriptions and photographs. We keep a register of prospective tenants to contact should a property become available in the near future that would suit their needs. If you would like to register please send us an email with your contact details, the type of property you are after (eg 1 bedroom furnished apartment), your price range and when you are looking to move. We will then send you a confirmation email and let you know when a suitable property becomes available.

To apply for one of our properties please complete a Tenancy Application form, which can be obtained here. You can then scan and email it back to us here or fax to 02 61611280. Your application will be acknowledged upon receipt and you will be advised of the outcome usually within 24 hours. Please keep in mind that we will be contacting referees so it is important you let them know to expect our call. If there are any unusual circumstances or considerations you feel may affect your application please supply a covering letter with your application. The more information we have to present to a Landlord in order to make a decision the better.
