This Policy applies to all personal information collected and handled by En Vogue, including from Clients, prospective Clients, property seekers, suppliers, Tenants, Landlords, contractors and job applicants.
You acknowledge that by giving us your personal information, doing business and making enquiries with us or visiting our website or other social media platforms you agree that your personal information will be dealt with as set out in this Privacy Policy. This Policy governs how we manage your information across Sales, Property Management and marketing functions.
WHAT IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

This may include your name, address, telephone number, email address and profession or occupation and banking information and in some cases health or criminal history. What we collect depends on your relationship with us and may include, clients ID, financial details, tenancy history, employment history and contact details. Job applicants resume, references, medical history and employment history, qualifications. Suppliers business records ABN, payment information, insurance documents. Property seekers, contact details, applications, references. Sensitive information is only collected with consent, or as required by law.
We collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information for the following purposes:
- to provide products and services to you and to send communications requested by you;
- to answer enquiries and provide information or advice about existing and new products or services;
- to provide you with access to protected areas of our website;
- to assess the performance of the website and to improve the operation of the website;

All third parties are expected to comply with the APP’s list.

Where we hold information that you are entitled to access, we will try to provide you with suitable means of accessing it (for example, by mailing or emailing it to you). We may charge you a fee to cover our administrative and other reasonable costs in providing the information to you and, if so, the fees will be displayed on our website. We will not charge for simply making the request and will not charge for making any corrections to your personal information.

DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANYONE OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA?
We may disclose personal information to third party suppliers and service providers located overseas (specifically Phillipines) for some of the purposes listed above including service providers where necessary for our operations. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the overseas recipients of your personal information do not breach the privacy obligations relating to your personal information.
We may disclose your personal information to entities located outside of Australia, including the following:
- our data hosting and other IT service providers, located in various foreign countries – our cloud service providers may store data in several countries; and
- other third parties located in various foreign countries.

Data breach Notifications. If We have reasonable grounds to suspect that a data breach has occurred, We will:
• Complete an assessment of the suspected data breach within 30 days;
• If appropriate, take remedial action to address any potential harm to individuals that may arise due to a relevant data breach before any serious harm is caused to individuals to whom the information relates.
We will otherwise comply with privacy data breach notification requirements, including notifying affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, as applicable.
